Shipping costs

Purchases in Spain, if your order does not exceed €39 the shipping costs are €5.95 for orders over €39 shipping is free.

Purchases in the Canary Islands, if your order does not exceed €99 the shipping costs are €11.90, for orders over €99 shipping is free.

Purchases in the Balearic Islands, if your order does not exceed €49 the shipping costs are €5.95, for orders over €49 shipping is free.

For now, we do not ship to Ceuta or Melilla.

1. DELIVERY TIMES AND PLACE:

POCURULL, SL, carries out shipments through the transport systems that work best in each destination with the delivery time specified in the order confirmation process, the usual delivery time for the order is approximately 24 to 48 hours for shipments in the Peninsula and are indicated in business days, although a delay in delivery will not be a reason for penalty, for shipments to the Balearic or Canary Islands, they will be subject to the availability of the Transport Agency.

Deadlines may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In case of delivery delays due to lack of stock, the website administrator will inform its USERS/CUSTOMERS as soon as they are aware of it.

The website administrator will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the customer's address entered in the purchase order registration form was incorrect or lacked data from the USER/CUSTOMER.

Each delivery is considered made from the moment the order is made available to the USER/CUSTOMER, which is materialized through the control system used by the Courier company that carries out the transport of the order. Delays in delivery will not be considered in those cases in which the order has been made available to the USER/CUSTOMER within the period and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the USER/CUSTOMER.
